MadCatz Xbox 360 Gamepad

I just bought a madcatz xbox 360 gamepad, and while i was changing the buttons, i realized that the LT button and RT button dont respond in nba live 06, i cannot map them. Is there any fix for this? all other buttons work fine, but without these 2
