Filtering short version: Anisotropic is the best, but takes more of the computer, and Bilinear is the simplest but doesn't take as much from the computer. (Trilinear is in between)

Triple Buffer is to reduce flickering, while V-Sync is to make the game go a little smoother. Both of which takes more out of your computer, so if you have a good computer, why not; but if you don't have a good computer, it's not worth it...
