4 players

what will happen if only 4 players can play and others are fouled out/injured? hehe. :P yeah, silly question. just curious. :?:

As per the official rules, five players must be available at all times. If a player fouls out and there are no available substitutes, he can continue with six fouls but his team will be assessed a team foul and a technical foul. If a player is injured and there aren't any available substitutes, a player who has fouled out may return but again there's a technical foul assessed.

what happens if they have like 6 players injured but no players fouled out?

In that instance they'd have enough players to continue.

The foul-out one is in there. The game probably holds off allowing another player getting injured if no subs are available, otherwise I expect it would acknowledge the rule.

yeh it does... ive tried it with every nbalive, after all ur bench has fouled off and all ur starters have max then they just stay on.

Sad though, i would hope to play 1 on 1 full court!

1 on 1 full court and your players would be tired like.....but seriously, how in the world would a team have six people injured or fouled out...

It's happened before. I believe the NBA record for personal fouls in a single game is 8.

But you don't get a technical though...If I remember correctly.

It hasn't happened to me in recent years but as far as back as NBA Live 95, a technical foul was assessed in such a situation. The last time I tried it out was probably NBA Live 2003 and it handled the situation realistically.
