yes but download patches, i am not sure if they have one now but you could request for one at the patch request section

No, I think there is no patch of 1997 Chicago team for nba live 06...
Maybe for nba live 2000

..

The patch of course is for the PC version only so if you're looking to use them in the console version the only way would be to create the players.
