Slider Definitions

I dont know what exactly it means to increase or decrease the sliders for the following: Freestyle effectiveness, Dunk vs. Layup Frequency, On-ball Defense Assist, Fakeout Discipline, Dunk + Layup Percentage (I guess the higher they are... the more accurate dunks/layups are), and On-ball Physical Defense. Could someone please explain?
