and also when a player is shooting from three or midrange, the inside stopper can try to block his shot and almost every time the shooter misses

Outside stopper, by far.
All those angled steals can change the course of a game.

Outside stopper, because he can steal from any player, especially post players who just received a pass. Steals are more abundant than blocks. With inside stoppers, you can't steal from dribblers like outside stoppers, and timing the blocks is harder...to me. Inside stoppers do have that superstar rebound though, right? I guess its a toss up, judging by the 50 % poll at this moment.

outside stopper. as of now, i still really doubt an inside stopper's stealing ability. i just lost a game using detroit thinking prince is an outside stopper, i had a hard time stealing the ball when i used him unlike when i used billups. blocking is still damn hard even with superstar blockers, the only way to stop highflyers is to steal the ball from them or take charge.

Inside stopper for me, even though i'm better with outside stoppers.

The blocking and stealing is good (but i'm shit at doing them on superstar, was awesome on allstar though). But what really stands out is the rebounding, that rebound ability is ridiculous if you learn how to use it. It also works on both ends of the court; defensive and offensive, which for me, makes it the more useful.

outside stopper hands down, excitement and u can dominate the game so easily with it, which i don't really like but i love it when if i'm down near the end of the game 'cos i can win easily with it.
I'll be back for EASO 2007, feel the terror like its 05 again i own this game!!

I prefer the outside stoppers. I don't really defend well inside, just because of the timing of the jump (N). I like to do those steals, good for my eyes... :P

I vote Inside.

It's easy as heck to steal the ball normally, and with outside I usually just get called for a foul when I try to use it.

Either way I play on Superstar and neither works too well for me.
