Cant change all-stars

I followed all the instructions in http://nba-live.com/dbf/all-star.php to change the allstar players to current. The rosters look right when you are in reorder rosters and stuff, but the problem is that in the game the players look like default created players. Any body know why or how to fix this?

Did you modify appearence.dbf?

no, there was nothing about that in the instructions, i think those instructions might have been for nba live 2005. so what fields do i have to edit in appearance.dbf?

Basically you need to copy the data for the players you add in appearance.dbf the same way you copy their data in players.dbf.
