A doubt about created teams.

Who can tell me how I can begin a dynasty with a team that I have created?
Is this possible?

I don't think you can create teams

you can overwrite a team with a created team

such as

if you start a dyansty with boston you can make a new team using some kind of system

I think he's saying that if you open the teams.dbf file in DB Commander, and edit everything for the Bosotn Celtics for example, you'd still have Boston data but you could change their name to like Santiago Mexicans or something.

Dynasty Mode won't work with any number of teams except 30, so you can't add or remove teams from the database. You will indeed have to replace an existing team.
