Every1,
Im the head of the Cavaliers, and am looking for improvements trade wise. I have had some thoughts on needs which are an improvement at PF and a combination of Snow and Jones at the point (Jammal Tinsley?). I am also extremely frustrated with Luke Jackson, Drew Gooden, and Damon Jones. I have an up and coming Sasha Pavlovic and he's got a sweet shot-therefore taking the SG spot. Damon Jones just frustrates me as he's hit OR miss-too inconsistent. Drew Gooden is also the same way and I prefer Donyell Mashall. Luke Jackson was touted as this great thing with a inside and outside game-I've seen nether. In need of consistency, he's not what Im looking for and with LBJ at the SF spot, he doens't look to get much time in the near future.
My lineup is as follows:
C-Zydrunas Illgauskas
PF- Donyell Marshall
SF- THE KING
SG- Sasha Pavlovic
PG- Larry Hughes
*BENCH
1.) Drew Gooden
2.) Eric Snow
3.) Damon Jones
4.) Luke Jackson
5.) Anderson Varejao
6.) Ira Newble
7.) Alan Henderson
8.) Zendon Hamilton
Im also looking for young talent as well. I've been contemplating players such as Fred Jones, Danny Granger and David Harrison from the Pacers-Granger really entices me as he's got game-and GREAT upside IMO. I also like players such as Ben Gordon and Kirk Hinrich from the Bulls, Marcus Banks, Tony Allen and Dan Dickau from the Celtics and others.
If you could, give me your opinions and ideas on what I should do. I'd like to be realistic as possible as well. Im definately looking to move Jackson, Gooden, and Jones. Please give your insight, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
skilldude89.

if you are looking for young talent as well, and you need a wing, look at Gerald Green, Joey Graham, and also Martell Webster, and yes also consider young guys you listed (Granger, Allen, Banks, etc... i do not recommend Dickau) and start one of these young wing players over Pavlovic
then trade Gooden for a PG such as Mike James, Marcus Banks, Devin Harris, Jameer Nelson, TJ Ford, or Luke Ridnour, and give Varejao the backup PF minutes
then trade D-Jones/Jackson to a team in need of a PG that has high interest in Jones for a backup center (try Robert Swift from Seattle, he's really good in the game and is very young)
keep Snow as a backup
