the player has to go, but how ?

sorry that i'm bothering you with my stupid questions, but i have a problem !!! how can i delete Steven Graham ??? after i add his portrait and cyberface and i go to edit player he has no portrait ... and then all of the players don't have portraits ... ant then the backmenu video goes black !!!??? how can i delete the player ??? :?:

Try deleting the patch and see if that is what's causing it..
