I am currently Phili on dynasty and Need to trade. Just anyone please tell me hot to trade it says I have no CAP room???

When you don't have any cap room, you need to make sure that the salaries equal each other or are at most 120% of each other. In other words, if you're trading a player or players whose salary totals $5,000,000 the other team must be trading players with salaries no greater than $6,000,000 or less than $4,166,666.
