Changing Teams

I have gotten bored with the team I have chosen and nobody is offering me a job.... Is ther anyway that I could change what team I am controlling ?

Changing the ISHUMAN field in teams.dbf used to work, though the databases aren't as flexible and patcher-friendly as they used to be. Change the ISHUMAN value of the team you wish to control to True and your old team to False. Be sure to back up your Dynasty save in case anything goes wrong.

Do really sucky like go 5-77 and someone will say your fired and you'll get a application to another team.

Usually if your GM rating is the absolute best (100) or absolute worst (-100) chances are you'll be offered another position.
