i think it's because he doesn't have a headband file, can't remember how to fix it

try the headband ebo first. then if it doesnt work, ask again

Open that file and find a headband.ebo that works, it's just trial and error to get the right one.

Actually, that's going to involve having a cyberface and portrait as well; you may just want to live with it instead.
