Question about shoes

For shoe patches when someone release a picture like this..

(btw, those are master_sfincter's shoes) what do i do with it to put it into my game? Sorry i dont know anything about patching.

kobe4mvp, the simplest way: u need to choose one of 173 shoes,that u want replace 4 this shoe! open with EA graphics editor shoe.dbf form sgsm folder, export shoe,u choosed, open it with any .fsh file editor! i use Dolphin! i like it! save your pic of shoe like .png, make 2 pics 512*512 picsels, and 128*128 picsels! than import yours new pics into the file, u've open!
than save your new shoe file with the same name and copy it to the sgsm folder! u have it in the game!
