Defensive Plays Broken Down

Hi, I got nba live06 for the ps2, here in the uk, and basically i just wanted some info on what each of the defensive plays are, so that i know which to pick to stop the computer.

I have found the offensive plays explained and i now understand those, it's just the defensive ones i am struggling with.
