Trade Help

I don't have a trade for now. But I would like to know what are the basic guidelines regarding trades.

the first time you reached the trade players screen. a pop up window will show. it says that when trading players..... 10% plus or minus etc.. i could not remember it clearly.

Does anyone knows what it means and other tips on trading so that once i do a trade i know what to do. thanks.


...I had a trade before and i had to offer many times before the cpu accepts it. and my offer should be very much an advantage in favor of the cpu.

how could i maximized such trade?
