Where is Smush Parker??

Hey I CANNOT seem to find Smush Parker anywhere in my free agents list so does anyone know how I can get him? Or a CAP or something?

Smush isn't included as he wasn't signed by the cutoff date. There's a point where EA has to finalise the roster ready for release and anyone not on an NBA roster at the cutoff date cannot appear in the game.
