i know the ratings needed to be a highflyer, but joey's jumping is only about 65ish. Is it possible to increase his jumping to 85? if so, how long

its possible, but just so you no, he is NOT a highflyer, and his is coming from a tru raptors fan.

you just edit the ratings in game, or in dbf editor depending if you have it on pc or console.
