Plays?

Hi...is it me or the plays just dont work? Like philly ...i run it with my PG and pass to C but the PG just stays there...and all the other plays the guys dont set any screen and shit...i dont get it....
can someone tell me how to run plays?

I run Philly by passing to my SG on the wing.
My playbook should help you. Sometimes plays wont run well if you have a player with low offensive awareness, or if you make a bad cut or pass to the wrong person.
