Which team should I be

I'm thinking of starting a new simulation Dynasty, but it is hard for me to choose a team. I want to choose weak team and make it champions within some years. So help me to choose team

Choose Charlotte or Toronto!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then you sign reggie miller from the free agents pool for ($3.?? 1 year)..... Hes only 69 but his shooting and 3pt are 93!!

get the roster updates first, which will mean that reggie is gone, but the game is way better with proper teams

Good teams to use are:

Atlanta
Charlotte
Milwaukee
New Orleans
Toronto

All have lots of caproom and some nice players to build around

i understand maybe 11-5, with 11 wins being close, but losing 11 games? it isnt why i play the game thats for sure
