need help in shoe patching lol....

i had dl the shoe patches in the home page of nba live series centre...
but i found ou tthat it is all pics of the shoes...
and no instruction was there to teach me how to patch it into the game...
if anyone knows how to patch the shoes patches pls teach me how...
cuz having it all in pics i had no clues of how to patch it =/
