change all superstar ratings to thier 05 ratings and....

there will be far fewer players with freestyle abilities. it seems that this years players have jacked up ratings so that they can be freestyle superstars.

try changing the ratings to last years ratings... for a more realistic game.

there are no scorers at all, shaq is the only power player, theres a few high flyers, peja redd and ray allen are the only shooters and only nash and AI are playmakers.... so basicly, if you play dynasty... you have to train all these players to get freestyle abilities back... and i think that makes the game more challenging.

even tim duncan isnt an inside scorer... with a 84 off awareness rating

go to ign.com look under nba live 2005 for "all players rated for live 05" if you need the ratings....

just thought i would share this for all the people who feel the freestyle superstars are too big a part of the game or whatever

i dunno if u guys like this but i had played with no FSS mode in the game and it is better and more realisctic compare to having them...
cuz if u are a power, u can make the shot most of the time when u are in the post which is unfair....(try thinking u are the person, and u get the ball in the post and try to finish it with the power moves...do u think u are able to do that? i think u are not cuz the person will stop u no matter what and in the end u might get injuired?)

i only suggested this so that there would be only a select few in the game with FSS abilities, which is how it should be... and even if you play with FSS turned on, you only have to worry about a few players being so dominant because, lets face it, only a few can be. who CAN shut down shaq? who CAN stop vc or bron or kobe from dunking on thier heads? oh, wait.. here's a hint peple... try turning the charging/blocking foul slider all the way up, then people get frustrated trying to power or high flyer all over you because if you set up in the lane they get a charging foul slapped on them 50% of the time..... its hard to use FSS when you FOUL OUT OF THE GAME

i set the player ratings back to last years instead of turning FSS off because you can still use FSS, but alot of teams wont even have a FSS player anymore... and if you play a dynasty you have to coach the players all year to earn back FSS abilities.
play a 76'rs dynasty with AI as a playmaker and try to turn him into a scorer by season 2, and korver a shooter and Igudala into a high flyer or whatever... its a challenge... even with 3 coaches. this makes coaching much more important.

Butthere are scorers in real life, and people have progressed/regressed. It still isn't right.
