Backing down in the post - help please?

G'day All,
Just wondering if someone might be able to offer some advice.
I'm using the Rockets, and it is far too easy to use players like Juwan, Stro and Deke to simply keep bumping into someone on the post and eventually shoving my way inside for a dunk or layup. It almost feels like cheating. My housemates experience the same with the Nets/Cavs.
Is there a slider change I can make to help ease things up?
