I LEARNED HOW TO DEVELOPE ROOKIES TO 99RATING PLAYERS

in the dynasty mode, i was San antonio, and i made a trade to get marvin williams(75). I had a crappy scout and trainer, but a got a A assisnant, and I had enough money to get a B- assistant also. So basically I kept training him with two assistants at the same time and now hes rated 99, He's a highflyer, shooter, and an inside scorer. he also grew, so now i have 99 rating,7 footer, 22 yearold superstar and i have tim duncan off the bench. Did u guys kno how to do that or not, cause its really helpfull in developing player.

How long did it take to get the 99 rating?

Crap, I never knew that you can get 2 assistant coaches! Damn!

I think it also depends on whatever "work ethic" rating you have though...some players will grow slower than others. I remember Raymond Felton boosting his ratings quite considerably in one year, whereas Okafor or Eddy Curry grew slower.

with the budget that you get at the beginning of dynasty mode. You just have to get a cheap coach, and scout so you have enough left to get multiple asst. coaches.

A player can't be a highflyer, scorer, etc. at the same time. A player only gets one offensive superstar and one defensive superstar max.

he meant he has the ability to become great.

marvin williams has the ability to become great because of his potention in the real world. even without training he becomes 92 in a few years

i think u can even get three, but two worked out well for me

You can get a total of 5 coaches. 3 are required: Assistant, Trainer, and Scout. If you still have enough money in your budget, you can get 2 more coaches. It's possible.

At one point, I had 2 assistants, 2 trainers, 1 scout. I got the extra trainer because so many players kept having injuries right before the playoffs. And it did help. When I had 2 injured players, both trainers would work on the players at the same time.

Yeah, um i bought a cheap trainer, cheap scout and i bought 3 ass. coaches with 2 of them with A+ in offence and like E's and D's in the others and i got an ass. coach with A+ in defence and E's and D's in the other 2 categories.... so i can train them well

i usually pay around 100k for a scout (i never use it) and get a 'B' trainer (in case someone does get injured when it counts) ans then can get 2-3 good coaches.

yea i played my nets dynasty with 3 assistant coaches and i had a terrible trainer and jus my luck by the 2nd week of the season R. Jefferson, S. Padgett, and J. McInnis were all injured for 2-3 weeks. Sucked for me
