Seraph's shoe patches

I've been installing Seraph's 16 Part path series on shoes, and I've noticed that I'm not getting the shoes past 194 (or whatever the last normal shoe is). I've been placing the .fsh and ~misc files in my SGSM folder, while overwriting the locale.eng and .dbf file in their respective folders with each patch. Am I missing a step here? Doing it completely wrong?
