A question for those who have modified the salary cap...

I've increased my cap to 60 milion which has freed up roughly a third of the teams to be under the cap, and almost immediately there were a few signings from free agency.

My question is, since teams will have more flexibility in making trades, have you guys seen more computer to computer trades occur, or was the lack of trade activity based more upon the AI of the computer general managers rather than inability to make contracts work?

If mroe activity will occur in the league, than I'll probably increase the cap till I find the balance of activity and realism, but I don't want to go through the hassle of modifying (I'm not very good with computers and it takes me a while) if there's no reason to do so. Thank you in advance.
