NBA court patch with Winzip, WinRar, and WinAce

I need help, after downloading the Quicken Loans Arena, and open WinZip, WinRar, or WinAce, i open the files to extract them but there's a message that says "C:\ Documents and settings\ (user name)\Local Settings\Temp\clevstd_vram.fsh The archive is either in unknown format or damaged." Please help, thank you.
