Offensive rebounds in dynasty mode

Thinking about starting a dynasty, I can see a huge problem coming up.
Even if you edit every player's offensive rebound rating to around 1 to 10 out of 99, the CPU teams will work on their offensive rebounding. By the time you get to the playoffs, they will have every offensive rebound thus making it completely unrealistic. Not to mention rookies coming in with high offensive rebound ratings.
This will be tough, but what we need is a patch to either lock the offensive rebound ratings, or a patch where we can manually edit every offensive rebound rating in the dynasty mode.
It's a big demand but I don't see the dynasty mode being at all playable without one!
