How to unlock the new jerseys

i get it now. wher i wnet wrong was i put the file in the main save file, but not for each save file made. that makes since thank you.

aslo i was stating i added a paler not because of this mod, but because that what was part of what i was doing, as i would crated that plaer either way. i need to to b logical and say everything i can think of to help solve what i'mdoing wrong.

are the asw jerseys new or were they there already?

i'm still wondering about dbf files. besides the dbf commander program that vcan edit the files , is a little pricy for me on vary fixed a limited income, is there another pram that known to do the bascis editing that for this type of file that stable i could use to edit them with. i mainly wnat to deal with dsy stuff, like saleries etc. etc. and player stuff.
