Ok, does anyone know which is the best way to hiring assistant coaches yet?
Obviously with the limited amount of money, you have to balance out your staff. What I'm wondering is, is it better to hire one A+ coach or two lesser coaches who has something like A+, D, E and D, A, A+? I chose the latter although it will cost more combined because I thought it'd allow me to train multiple players at once with greater focus on specific areas. But now I'm all confused because they seem to have no pattern on who they improve and when they report these improvements.
And what's the difference really between training for 1 week and for 4 weeks? Or focusing all the training on one area vs. spreading it out over 2, 3 areas?
I know the game hasn't been out long but just wondering if anybody has yet figured this out. Oh, and does the amount allocated for staff hiring change, or rather increase, at all after a year? Maybe owner would give you more support money-wise if your team does well?
