Backdown patch please

its the most urgent patch for live06' IMO.
so the deal is that i have up(axis0) freestyle and left(axis1) freestyle on my keyboard controls.
here is my config file:

the problem is that 1 keyboard botton must represent up and down freestyle but up freestyle takes the higher priority,i was wondering if there's anyway to switch the meaning of up freestyle with down freestyle in some file so that the down freestyle will take a higher priority then the up freestyle?? is there a file to edit besides the kfg file?
