Frustrated Noob with Many Questions (Original Xbox)

I have a lot of questions and I got tired of trying to wade through my search results, so please bear with me, and no flaming, ok?

1. When will I be able to download the first roster update for original Xbox via Xbox Live?
2. Why, at the end of quarters, when they need to review an instant replay, do we NEVER hear the result of the review??? This drives me CRAZY.
3. Why does the game not count blocks toward triple- and quadruple-doubles in the Task List? Those should count, shouldn't they? It seems like they only count points, assists, steals, and rebounds -- but that's plainly wrong, isn't it?
