Rucker Park patch like it was done in 03 and 04

Someone needs to bring this back (if possible) when the real Rucker Park patches were made by Bc Hogan and KD the courts were great. Can you imagine having that in game with this years gameplay? It would be sick Please someone attempt this, and use Hogan and KD's Rucker Courts as references

Yea, it was an awesome patch, but the reason for that being doable was for o-edit (A program that let us edit all the shape files in that game). That has however not been possible ever since. So if we want a patch like that again, we need a program to edit the .ebo files that we got today...

Last year it was possible to edit some stuff in the urban court, but not anywhere near what o-edit let us do.
