I am thinking of buying this game on Friday and I need you guys Opinions should I get this game or should I get NBA 2k6?

Just from what I have seen, videos and screens and from peoples opinions i give it an 8 so far... I may change my mind after I play it for the better or worst

Live06 really made it big this year,truss me its some really sick stuff this year

I wasn't too happy with 2005, and after hearing some pros and cons, I'm still holding off. I don't want to be disappointed with another "upgrade," and bringing back an arcadish feel to a simulation doesn't appeal well with me, either, although I also hear conflicting evidence that gameplay is more realistic, so I don't know what to believe.
