But when do you AMerican People plan on getting the game? EB Games.com says its shipping today (9/26) but i doubt that means theyre selling it tho. Im gonna get my game tommorw i hope.

Yeah, everyone gets the SAME version for PC (apart from language). The "American version" is just the "late version".
