NBA.com lists NBA Live 06 hitting the shelves today, the 26th. but i called my local eb games store today and they said it'll be on the shelves tomorrow (27th) even though its in.

According to Free Record Shop and Music Store, it's October 6th, for consoles as well as pc.

you can trade in games at blockbuster? didnt know that, only thought that eb (we dont have gamestop in canada, atleast not to my knowledge) and some store i know in the agincourt area that you could trade in games.
