Its a thing where GM posts his rosters and tells wut they want for a certain player, and other gms make offers.

Yep. And this year you can also give guidelines in your trading block...for example you can say you want in exchange a player who is at least rated 80...or you can give guidelines on what kind of draft pick you would accept...amazing. And live doesn't even have one :oops:

Player evolution is basically a recap screen showing how player ratings changed at the end of the season and as such it is not this great thing.

The trade block is actually more useful as you gain control on whether you want to receive offers from other teams or not. It let's you shop around and dictate some trade conditions, instead of receiving some randonly generated offers. Combine that with salary cap MLE, possibility to play draftees up to 5-on-5, and test them in a few drills like shooting sessions......and you get a pretty good roster management system.
