WOW! Live 06 Dynasty Looks Exactly Like 05

This is a very very very very big disapointment. After watching that video, it looks the exact same as 05's dynasty, just with a new blue themed background instead of the orange one. 05's dynasty was good, but i was hoping they would atleast improve it much more.

i know. i am thinking the same way. i don't know what ea what doing. they about a year to do some changes, but apparently they didn't.

Yeah I have the same thought too but still they improve Dynasty Mode with player evolution so I'm pretty happy with that. Remember we still have Xbox 360 and PS3 later on.

They did focus on freestyle superstars but still, I agree with you all, Dynasty Mode is just like the Dunk Contest ... the same

no kidding, dude we expected a lot more from them in dynasty, or at least i did, so easy with the freestyle superstars.

I thought I was the only one thinks that the Dynasty mode here in 06 looks pretty the same with live 2005. When i saw those Dynasty mode videos and screenshots, I was like WTF???
Well atleast gameplays improved a lots, that's what I'm thinking anyway and I hope I'm not mistaken.

I swear to G*d if I never played Nba Live 2005 and saw that video and then played Nba Live 2005 I would have been like "hey nice background change" so yeah that superstar freeystale bullshit is just crap... how focken dissapointed believe me EA you wont be getting my 39-49 dollars... I would probably buy your game when is down to 5 dollars though coz thats probably how much its worth from Nba Live 2005 to Live 06. A $5 upgrade :

yeah the same shit. when i buy this game and see nba live 06 as what i think right now - which is just the same shit as last year - then i am not going to continue to buy nba live every famn year!!! why would i spend $50 on this shit when almost no new improvement have been made from the previous year!!!

i am bored of playing nba live 2005, so why would i buy nba live 06 when only the gameplay is improved to some extend, but the dynasty mode is yhe same as last year.
and da, who gives a fuck about players revolution and shit when you cant even fire your head coach or do a three way trade. just bull fucking shit!!! excuse my language, i am very disappointed at ea.

Well what impt. in the Dynasty Mode are the changes during the off-season etc.. And I care less about it as long as the GAMEPLAY is 60% better than 2005 and same with the graphics for Ps2 version..

Although I'd like a change in the menus and whatnot, I didn't mind the NBA Live 2005 layout too much, or I got used to it at least. If the trading AI is improved, bugs fixed etc, I can live with the same interface because the core of the mode will have been improved. That's something we won't be able to tell until playing the game, of course.

I always find it surprising to hear all of the concern over the dynasty mode. I spend maybe 1% of my playing time on dynasty, or playing against the CPU for that matter.

I play in a "league" with others and play always user vs. user - so I'm more concerned over improvements in actual gameplay; specifically things like fast-breaks, better running of plays and realistic shot blocking. If these and some other issues are addressed (which they seem to be) and the freestyle superstars is as good as initial reports, I think I'll be happy.

There's a lot of people that don't play online though (like myself), thus Dynasty Mode is the main attraction for them.

i spend all of my time in dynasty mode. i personally don't like to play online like many others so we spend most the time in the dynasty mode!

There is NO way I can play online with the Gamecube version. I'll be playing Dynasty Mode most of the time.

Yepp, I play dynasty. Or I play play now when ym friends are over.

its really fun when friends come over and play againt you. i used to play nba live 2004 a lot with my friends but for some reason my friends came over to play nba live 2005 only 4 or 5 times.

its good to have friends while playing. i have a multiple dynasty..

i play charlotte
my uncle plays dallas
and my friend plays seattle
after we completed yrs dynasty me and my friend decided to play one dynasty with atlanta where my friend is my teammate and we control our characters...

really fun..


i hope they put back cut scens on dynasty while signing, releasing, practicing etc...

No not true at all dynasty this year will bve a big bang trust nme I have an Insider at EA..A surprise for us he said the dynasty will be the best feature this year same with freestyle superstars..They wont us too see it vid or anything they just want us to play it..Let us decide he said.

I don't recall EA mentioning anything about MLE and LLE but these have to be in the game this year....it is annoying seeing good players in free agency for a couple of seasons....at the moment I have to dbf edit players to minimum salaries so they have a chance of being picked up as nearly all of the teams are over the cap....

I like the fact that they've added some more coaching aspect and hopefully increased player movement....player evolution sounds alright as well....

in the end I think Live '06's dynasty mode will essentially be a slightly improved Live '05 dynasty mode
