Game Looks Nothing Like the Screens

to me in the videos, the game looked a bit better than 05, but the gameplay looked almost the exact same.......tonnes of skating, crowded lanes etc. I know this game isnt done yet, but do you think the games graphics will improve to the quality of the screens (or close to it) and is it possible some of those gameplay features still have to be fixed (sliding etc). Thanks

I absolutely DISAGREE! Gameplay is far better than 2005. Fastbreak transition was fixed, Pro-hop can be executed left & right, individual superstar moves etc..

I think we can judge it also based on the movie clips but not in a 100% basis.

But I am certainly sure that it is far and not a bit better than 2005 version..

What we've seen in the videos might be in a rookie mode that's why some of us find it arcadish..

Most NBA Live video clips in the past have made the gameplay look good. I'd go as far to say that the gameplay in the Live 2005 video's look better then these ones. Does it mean the gameplay in Live 05 was good? No.

In the Philippines, do they crush up Happy pills and inject them into your veins daily or something?

It looks arcadish because the players run at 5 billion miles an hour... add to that, I'm not really sure what kind of person they're trying to attract by pushing a video of Shaq doing a windmill dunk.

I like your optimism, Pinoy, but just wait before judging in case you'll end up in front of an unpleasant surprise... And don't forget: "High hopes somtimes translate to high falls..."

I bet its a Rookie diff level, and with no reduced speed. It definately looks better in terms of gameplay, fast brakes, passes, no catch and stop etc.

You know that there are sliders to adjust the speed of the game and the difficulty mode but I agree that the SHAQ windmill was unrealistic but in general, the game seems to be in the right direction..

Thanks but I'M really positive to BUY this game without THINKING TWICE that's why you can't blame me to be very OPTIMISTIC no matter what. And even if in the end, the game failed to our expectations, IM STILL GETTING IT period
