EVERY TIME YOU PLAY AGAINST A TIME, THEY NEVER SUBSTITUTE THEIR PLAYERS, EVEN WHEN IT IS ON AUTO. AND THE ONLY TIME THERE IS A SUBSTITUTION, THE PLAYER IS CLOSE TO FOULING OUT. THAT IS NOT REALISTIC

they will sub if the fatigues value in the sliders aren't zero. i think...

No, I've never noticed that. With fatigue and CPU auto-subs enabled, I don't have that problem. Smart decisions with substitutions? That's another story. The CPU doesn't always sub in an intelligent or realistic manner, though with the right sliders the minutes played stats are generally accurate.
