How to download a roster from NBA-live.com

Hi, I would like to know what I need to download a roster from the links from this site.

What programs do I need to download it,

I put it in notepad and now what?

All files in our Downloads section have a big blue DOWNLOAD button underneath the description/info pane. Click it to begin downloading the file to your computer. The file you are downloading is a .zip file, which can be opened with [http://www.winzip.com]Winzip[/url]. Inside the .zip file, you will find a file called install.exe. Run this file and it will install the rosters to your saves folder and all of the art to the game folder. Once that's done, run the game, go to the Load/Save menu and load the new rosters to start playing with them.

Additional instructions can be found in the UPDATE.TXT file that is also included in the .zip file.
