Best game play and team strategies

I want to start now a real dynasty, yet i\m troubled
guys any tips on different team strategies?
for offensive and defensive?

i commonly play man to man all the time,, urGGgg

Nothing wrong with man-to-man defense. It depends on your opponent and the game situation. There will be times when you want to really pressure your opponent or try for a steal in the backcourt; that's when you go to a full court press. You can manually call for a double team but you might prefer to set an automatic one in the player matchup screen under the strategy menu.
