I can't remember ever going past double overtime in any version of Live. I don't have a lot of overtime games anyway, win or lose I'd say at least 95% of the games I've played - NBA Live 95 to the present - have ended in regulation.

3 ot in game 7 of nba finals on my old dynasty on psp, ended with cp3 hitting the buzzer beater for the championship
