Lighting Help

When i install the NBA Live PC Project, Lighting is Disabled and i cannot use it

Could Someone please help me :?:

The NBA Live PC Project does not disable lighting (nor modify the lighting files for that matter). If you cannot enable lighting, it is because your video card doesn't support it.

Ok thanks. my video card is just 64mb
