need help audio

hi.. i've reformated my pc. and reinstalled nba live 06.. i am able to run the game nicely and smoothly except for one thing. it doesn't have the menu sounds, commentary sounds and the PA announcer isn't there.

i've reinstalled the game already about twice or thrice now, but still. the problem is there. if i'm gonna get the files on the cd. what files do i exactly need? or is there a fix for this?

i've notice my audio folder has the xsongs in it anyways..tried playing them in jukebox but you will hear nothing. it's pretty boring without the sound you know.. so i hope someone can help me with my problem.

Perhaps it's your sound card?

nah..i doubt it..i also have live 08 installed and it has no problem in sounds.. i guess it's something about the files in the live folder itself..can't seem to figure that out..

If you want to get the files of the cd, the easiest way is to copy the whole "audio" folder to your game folder.

sorry to revive an old thread but i have the exact problems as these guys.
no menu music, no commentary, come to think of it no intro clip either.
i've tried reinstalling too but no go.
anyone know a fix? thanks
