NEED HELP GETTING ERROR ON INSTALATION!!!

WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL GAME A GET AND ERROR WHEN I GET TO 27% WHICH READS.... a problem occur when trying to transfer the file audio\aems\xditties.ast from the media
IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX THIS OR IS IT CORRUPT

it's either that your cd drive is old enough that it can't anymore read the nbalive06 cd or cd's too scratched to be read. are you having similar problems with other disks?

No I'm not having problems with other disks is just with the NBA 06 and NHL 06...

Yeah some but they don't look that bad...

If you're getting errors installing the games, chances are they're worse than they appear. You can always try coping the files manually from your disc or seeking out a disc repair kit to try and fix the scratches.

How can I try coping the files manually from the disc? can you give me the steps? I'll appreciate it...

That was a typo, sorry. I meant copying the files from the disc, ie opening the disc folder and copy/pasting to your hard drive. Failing that, you might want to try the discs in someone else's computer. If the same problem occurs then I'd strong the suggest the discs have been badly damaged.
