unable to turn lights on after updating to windows 7 from xp

can anyone here have an idea? i used to play 06 with lights turned on.
i can also use the sweat patch..
but after i upgraded my OS from XP to 7, the choices for turning the lights on or off now is grayed..
i have the latest driver installed..please help thanks..

any help please? my graphics looks really crap..i used to play with lights on on windows xp..
i reformat and upgrade to 7..after i installed Live06 on windows 7..the lights option is grayed out..
i then re-installed xp but the option's still grayed out, so it's not the windows 7 issue ..
i can't remember if i just installed a fix patch to enable the lights option before..
i'm only using on board graphics intel GMA3100 ..thanks..
