for people having problem with 08 cfs.

for 06 users, if you're having problem with how your cf looks because the hair is not showing up, only the shape, just extract the .fsh file and convert it to .BMP using dds converter then import it back to .fsh file. the long hair should show up assuming you have the right .ebo file. just discovered this one while making cfs for other players. :)

sorry. got confused. you should convert it to .bmp instead of .png. sorry.

the problem i see is '08 hair ebo displays a shiny look in '06 regardless if the .fsh file has been converted to a bmp. oops just saw your edit..so converting the image inside the .fsh to a .png will work for all hair files?

well I can make the hair show up in 06 but like everyone has been saying it has a purple shine too it and it doesnt look correct at all.As long as the hair is very short it turns out fine in 06. Its only when its spiked out or longer than usual that you run into problems. I think what's going on is the ebo needs to be edited to fit to 06 headshapes then the long haired players should turn out fine. Is there any tutorial on editing ebo's that pertains to this? Or how can I see the differences in the 08 headshapes/hairstyles compared with 06?

Here is an example of what I mean check out these pics of the nash cf I created. As you can see the face is fine and the hair is decent i sort of fixed it by lowering the contrast and raising brightness but you can still see the jagged edges.
