I only converted them from 08,but the number didn't.

Are those compatible with 08? Additionally, do all art files in 06 including screens, logos, wordmarks, overlays and backgrounds compatible with 08?

Some are, some aren't. None of them should cause crashes but NBA Live 06 does use some different logo files and different sized logos, so the in-game results won't be perfect.
