dynasty injuries, dynasty trades

i'm just thinking...if "out-for-season" injuries are already existing in dynasties for this game? bcoz after years of playing, ive never encountered it...also, how long does the maximum time for the worst injury to heal in this game?...


BTW, is there a way i can increase the player movements in live 06 dynasty? without dbf editing?...bcoz, in my latest dynasty, i will now play the all-star weekend and there is NO CPU trades...just only one bench player signing after ive adjusted the salary cap...

I don't think there's a "out for season" injuries. If you're curious, you can open injury.dbf with DB Commander and see the worst type of injury there is. I think the longest is 10 weeks; but sometimes the player isn't completely healed after this and his recovery may be extended further any time between a few days to several weeks.

So if you've got a player who's injured nearer the playoffs, figuratively speaking he's "out for the season".

ah ok...cause as far as i can remember, the worst ive encountered is 4-5 weeks injury...

I don't recall any out for season injuries in 06 (or any Live, for that matter), though I did lose Ben Gordon for a couple of months in my Bulls Dynasty. That's the longest I've had a player injured in a Dynasty in any NBA Live.

Yeah, I lost D-Wade during the All-Star game. He got injured the first time, was given the green light to play and re-injured himself again and I lost him for 10 weeks.
